These topics are about select social issues related to technology and the distribution of its benefits and costs among Americans. Some are only "works in progress" that I hope to expand upon in the future. New York State Constitutions and their amendments are cited in various parts of the Erie Canal section. Note that the 1846 Constitution, Section 12, abolished State feudalism.
